What up lovely Poopie peeps? Short & sweet MOMtra today, as I am blogging from the car while randoms walk through my house with their realtor. Good times.

Here’s what I’m sending out to you on this Friday afternoon…

Are you feeling it? I hope so! I’m giving you all I got! It may not seem like a lot, but I promise, this life would be a lot harder without it. Being positive is crucial, especially during challenging times. And ‘ole Poops here is facing her share of  issues right now, and they would seem much more insurmountable if I didn’t trust that positivity and solid, optimimistic thinking will make everything work out. It’s true, Poopies, negativity does nothing for you…except create more negativity. And that is an unhealthy, vicious cycle with no end in sight. Thinking the worst has absolutely no value whatsoever and never yields the outcome you desire. Staying positive is the only way to go. No matter what.

So, as you head into your weekend. Send out some positivity of your own into the world!  Resist the urge to get down about anything. Refocus that energy on keeping a smile on your face, love in your heart and compassion for everyone and everything around you. Pay it forward Poopies…the energy will come back to you in remarkable ways!!!!!!!!!!!!
